Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method selected, and unexpected delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. pawfurbaby is not liable for any shipping delays. 3. Shipping Fees & Taxes Unless otherwise stated, all listed product prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or any other related charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery or separately, depending on your country's regulations. 4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at pawfurbaby@gmail.com. 5. Lost or Stolen Packages pawfurbaby is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We will not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered. 6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not receive a response within 14 days of a failed delivery attempt.
