Returns & Exchanges Thank you for shopping at pawfurbaby. Please read our return policy carefully. ## Eligibility for Returns - You may return items within **15 calendar days** from the date of delivery. - All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging intact. - We only accept returns for **defective quality issues or incorrectly shipped items**. Subjective dissatisfaction (including but not limited to color difference, size preference, or personal taste) does not qualify for return. - No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns. ## Shipping & Costs - The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. - Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). - If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item), we will cover the cost of reshipping the correct item, but the customer is still responsible for the initial return shipping fee. ## How to Return 1. Contact us at pawfurbaby@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery, including your order number and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable). 2. We will review your request and provide a return authorization if approved. 3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. 4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. ## Final Sale Items All items in our store are eligible for return under the above conditions. There are no final sale items. ## Notes - We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to you at your cost. - Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear after delivery. - Color variations due to screen display differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.
